[RECIPE] How to Make Caramel Chocolate Fudge with Baileys

Hello!

So tomorrow is valentine's day huh? I never celebrate it because i've been single my whole life heheh~

BUT that doesn't mean i shouldn't make a chocolate for my friends~

I was so bored because i have to rest, i've got fever all week and sore throat but no cough thankfully and even though i supposed to rest i still go practice for dance yesterday and my condition is worse today...stupid me...

ANYWAY i'm getting off topic here,
So a couple of days ago i'm so bored so i tried to make some chocolate that i wanted to share with my family n friends, i decided to make a caramel chocolate fudge with bailey's, and everybody went crazy for it...i was so surprised they liked them because i wasn't sure about my recipe, and now people kept asking for the recipe! I thought i'll just share it here, i hope you guys likes it!

So what you'll going to need are:

200g of condensed milk
50d unsalted butter
225gr palm sugar
1tbs corn syrup
75gr dark chocolate for cooking, i got a cube ones, but if you don't have it you'll have to chop it so it will melt quicker

And last but not least
BAILEYS! I didn't measure it because i only put it little by little untill it suit my taste

Now the steps are:

1. In a medium low temperature, Melt the butter in a heavy based pan
2. Add the milk and stir them
3. Add the palm sugar little by little and stir them untill sugar dissolve
4. Add the corn syrup and keep stirring them in medium high temperature for around 25-30 minutes, untill they got thickened and turned into a caramel DO NOT STOP STIRRING OR THE CARAMEL WILL STICK TO YOUR PAN FOREVER
5. After the caramel is thick enough, add the chocolate quickly and stir untill the chocolate dissolve
6. Add the baileys
7. You can grease a pan with butter and put the fudge in the freezer for 1 hour, don't forget to spread them nicely :)
8. After letting the fudge cool down, cut them in cubes(you can use a mold if you want but i prefer the cubes)

And you're done!

A chocolate fudge is rare in my country so a lot of people go crazy on them because they never tried anything like it, i'm so happy that all my friends and family liked it ^^

And i hope anybody who read and try this recipe likes it too! Please comment below if you ever tried this recipe ;)
